Configure email notifications and app preferences
Email Notifications
Automatically email clients when a report is completed for their equipment. Uses Gmail SMTP with an App Password — no third-party service needed.
Gmail App Password Setup
1. Go to myaccount.google.com/security
2. Enable 2-Step Verification if not already on
3. Search for App Passwords in the search bar
4. Create an app password named "FieldMark" and copy the 16-character code above
Data Import
Import data from a previous FieldMark installation (localStorage export). This will add any clients, locations, equipment, and reports that don't already exist.
